By accessing and using TimeMetric ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

TimeMetric provides time tracking, project management, and invoicing tools for professionals and teams. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Use of Service

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You differ are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.

4. Subscription and Payments

Some features of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select.

5. Cancellation and Termination

You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. You can cancel your account at any time through the Service settings. All of your content will be immediately inaccessible from the Service upon cancellation.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TimeMetric, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
